A new office premises was proposed by the DOT for Ponda. The site being a part of the bus stand was to house numerous facilities, make it citizen friendly, barrier free and most importantly maintenance free.  The design categorically allots spaces for the public, the officials and semi-public area thereby segregating the functions yet cleverly making them seamless in traversing.
