    Entrepreneur K R Naik, was the pioneer who envisaged the growth of internet and bought land to construct a factory to manufacture modems. We were hired on a condition that the factory should look smart i.e. should not look like a cliched factory structure, only catch being he had no budget. The design was not only cost effective but extremely energy conscious Double walls and air insulated roofs were introduced which saved 40 % energy costs.
